In June 2021 we held an event – part protest/part family friendly rally. Lots of families came along with their inflatables and we celebrated the Oasis in a splashing, family-friendly and fun afternoon. In early 2024, we also staged another protest to save the Oasis Sports Hall. We invited a live musician down, who performed live music at the Oasis Leisure Centre – BBC Points West even came down!
The wonderful Swindon Viewpoint came along to the 2021 rally and recorded several wonderful Vox Pop videos and the amazing Elmar Rubio took a host of brilliant photographs.
